My expertise in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) allows me to support high-functioning individuals struggling with emotional difficulties related to relationship conflicts, life transitions, grief, and social isolation. I am passionate about integrating IPT into multidisciplinary hospital settings, where many high-functioning individuals suffer silently from stress-related mood disorders.
