What is DoctorOnCall?

DoctorOnCall is an online health provider, offering medication and online consultation services, allowing consumers to get the medical services they need instantly.

How original and safe are the medications provided by DoctorOnCall?

All our medications are sourced from local pharmacies with a Poisons A Licence granted by the Ministry of Health (MOH). These medications must be registered with the MOH before they can be sold or marketed to consumers. Our medicines carry a registration number (e.g., MAL20021429K) and Meditag Hologram labels on its label or packaging. You may verify its registration number and view other information related to the medicine at DoctorOnCall does not produce or store any of the medicine products sold.

Who are the doctors at DoctorOnCall?

All doctors partnered with DoctorOnCall are MOH-registered and have at least 6 years of practice in their experience. As such, our panel doctors have a valid MMC Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

What is DoctorOnCall’s Privacy and Security Policies?

At DoctorOnCall, your privacy and security are extremely important to us. We are committed to protect the confidentiality of your personal and restrict patient information to only authorised personnel and your doctor. How is the diagnosis made without any physical observation being made?

Diagnoses are made by trained doctors through a series of questions resulting in a differential diagnosis. If a doctor feels he/she needs more information to provide a diagnosis, he/she will recommend a physical consultation. There are limitations to a diagnosis without a physical observation being made. DoctorOnCall aims to supplement the patient-doctor relationship through teleconsultations, not to substitute it.

Can I get MC from DoctorOnCall?

Medical Certificates(MC) / sick notes are provided with consultation to those with corporate partnerships with DoctorOnCall.

Is DoctorOnCall available on mobile app?

Unfortunately, we do not yet have an app service.

Does DoctorOnCall have a physical clinic / pharmacy?

DoctorOnCall operates solely as an online platform. We do not have a physical clinic/pharmacy.

Does DoctorOnCall provide home visits or emergency services?

We do not provide home visits or emergency services. Please visit your nearest hospital emergency department for urgent medical attention.

What are the payment methods available for DoctorOnCall services?

We accept payment via Online Banking, Credit Card, e-Wallets (Boost, GrabPay) and Cash-on-Delivery

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on DoctorOnCall?

Yes. DoctorOnCall uses iPay88, a third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. This payment intermediary is PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed and transmitted securely by using the industry standard encryption technology.

Can I claim payment made to DoctorOnCall from my insurance provider?

This depends on your subscribed policy with your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance representative.

How fast do you deliver medication?

We deliver as fast as 2 hours within the Klang Valley and offer Standard Delivery of 1-3 days for the rest of Malaysia. We are constantly striving to expand and quicken our services.

How is my order packaged and delivered?

Our packages are delivered discreetly with no indication of contents. Medicines are packaged in factory-sealed blister/strip packaging. Your package is delivered and tracked by a trusted courier service.

What are the operating hours for DoctorOnCall?

Our online pharmacy and medical consultation operate from 8 am to 12 midnight everyday including Public Holidays.
