DoctorOnCall Introduces COVID-19 CARE Assist & Employer Tracking Programme

DoctorOnCall launched its COVID-19 CARE Assist Programme on 15 August 2021 for all of its Rapid Antigen (RTK-Ag) self-test kits customers.

Every purchase of the RTK-Ag self-test kit from DoctorOnCall’s e-pharmacy or its future partner outlets will be equipped with a complimentary DoctorOnCall CARE Assist card. The card will allow its users to conduct seamless reporting of test results for personal tracking, and the results will soon be linked to MySejahtera for reporting and test tracing.

The platform currently distributes Gmate, Salixium, ALLTEST and NewGene Rapid Antigen (RTK-Ag) self-test kits.

“The most difficult part about COVID-19 testing is when the result turns out positive. Majority of people would get into panic mode and are clueless on what to do next,” said Hazwan Najib, co-founder and chief marketing officer of DoctorOnCall in a statement.

Under this programme, users that were tested positive using their self-test kits can contact DoctorOncall’s COVID-19 hotline team at 03-8408 2000.

Hazwan also added that the team is currently working to provide additional benefits such as complimentary insurance coverage and partner outlet benefits for all of its customers under this programme.
