After a successful launch of Harapan Trio Campaign in September 2019, Great Eastern Takaful Berhad is now partnering online healthcare provider, DoctorOnCall to offer additional benefits to its Harapan Trio customers. Customers can now enjoy complimentary online medical consultation with a qualified doctor and have their medication delivered directly to their doorstep.
Great Eastern Takaful customers who sign up for Harapan Trio Combo plan from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2019 will be able to enjoy DoctorOnCall subscription for a year. Harapan Trio consists of a takaful protection (i-Gr8 Harapan), medical takaful
(i-Great MediHarapan) and critical illness takaful plan (i-Great HarapanCI10).
DoctorOnCall currently receives over 1 million visitors to its website on a monthly basis and has a growing network of over 100 Malaysian Medical Council registered doctors and 208 partner pharmacies. All the doctors on the DoctorOnCall roster have significant experience and hold an Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
