  2. This vaccine is suitable only for individuals aged 18 and above.
  3. This package is applicable to individuals who have received ANY COVID-19 Vaccine Dose-2 at least 3 months (90 Days) prior.
  4. Your waitlist can only be processed if you do NOT have an existing Covid Booster appointment in MySejahtera.
  5. If your reservation is successful, You will receive an appointment within MySejahtera by 11AM the following day. You should only proceed to the vaccination point upon receiving a confirmation in MySejahtera. You may need to update or refresh your MySejahtera Application to receive the confirmation.
  6. If you did not receive an appointment in MySejahtera, kindly contact 60 12-377 2750.
