This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
There is no known interaction between alcohol and Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s. However, if alcohol is consumed excessively with Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s, it can irritate your stomach lining and increases the risk of developing stomach ulcers. Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Animal studies have shown reproductive toxicities but there are no data on the use of Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s on pregnant women. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Animal studies have shown the excretion of Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s and its metabolites in animal milk but there are no data on human studies. Thus, risk cannot be excluded and the use of Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s is not advisable during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s is safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.

Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Brilinta 60mg Tablet 60s is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Brilinta 60mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Most side effects do not need any medical attention and resolve as the body responds to the medication. Consult your doctor if they continue or if you are concerned about them.

Bleeding is the most common side effect seen with this medication. If you cut or hurt yourself, it can take longer time to stop bleeding. Such bleeding episodes are typically mild and resolve on their own. Some people may experience mild breathlessness after taking this drug, but this normally recovers on its own with continued treatment. Let your doctor know if bleeding continues or if breathlessness is getting worse or not going away.

  2. The Customer shall examine the Product(s) immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages.

Should the Customer meet the criteria of Clause 1 of the return and/or exchange criteria stated above, the Customer will need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp +60 17-972 2669 within one (1) day of receiving the product. DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
  4. The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
  5. Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
  6. The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging delivered to Customer.
  7. For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentation including manuals and warranty card intact.
  8. Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
  9. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
  10. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
  11. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  12. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
