Nebilet 5mg Tablet may be given alone or along with other medicines. The dosage and frequency depend on what you are taking it for and the severity of your illness. It may be taken empty stomach or with a meal, but take it consistently at the same time each day to receive the greatest effect. It may take many weeks before you receive the full effect of this medication and you may need to take it for the rest of your life. However, it is essential to continue taking it even if you feel well. Most individuals with high blood pressure do not feel sick and if you stop taking it, your condition may worsen. Lifestyle modifications including low-fat diet, exercise, and no smoking assist to improve the functioning of this medication. The major adverse effects of this medication include tiredness, headache, sluggish heart rate, feeling disoriented, and nausea. These are generally moderate and short-lived. It may also induce shortness of breath or low blood pressure in certain individuals. To minimise the chance of adverse effects your doctor will probably start the medication at a low dosage and gradually raise it. Consult your doctor if the side effects concern you or do not go away. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any liver issues. It may also not be appropriate for individuals who have a sluggish heart rate, severe circulation issues, severe heart failure, or low blood pressure.
