Xarelto 20 mg tablet is widely used in individuals who have had knee or hip replacement operations, it often decreases the likelihood of getting clots. Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)
Daily use of alcohol may cause stomach ulcer and spontaneous bleeding will occur when used with Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s due to the impaired clotting process. Thus, it is not advisable to consume alcohol during the treatment with Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Animal studies have shown reproductive toxicity but there are limited data on the use of Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s in pregnant women. Thus, Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated during pregnancy due to potential reproductive toxicities.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Excretion of Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s has been found in animal milk but it is unknown in human breast milk. Thus, Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated during breastfeeding as the safety profile has not been established.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Dose adjustment is needed in patients with moderate to severe kidney impairment. Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated in patients with creatinine clearance less than 15ml/min. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment. Please consult your doctor.

For a better efficacy, take Xarelto 20 mg tablet every day at the same time.
It's good to take medicine with food at night. It interacts less with food and other medications.
As a result, repeated dosage modifications are not necessary.
This raises the possibility of bleeding. Be cautious while washing, cutting fingernails or toenails, using sharp objects or participating in contact sports (e.g. football, wrestling).
It could induce dizziness. Stop driving or doing anything involves a mental focus before you realize how it effects you.
If you are undergoing surgery or dental care, you might be advised to avoid taking Xarelto 20mg Tablet temporarily.

Stopping Xarelto 20mg Tablet 28s can cause your blood clots to return to what it was before you started taking it, usually within a day or two. This might increase your risk of strokes, heart attacks or pulmonary embolism.
