Xyzal 5mg Tablet

Xyzal 5mg Tablet contains levocetirizine 5mg, and is the original UCB-brand formulation of this third-generation, non-sedating antihistamine. Levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine and is used to relieve the symptoms of allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis (hay fever), including sneezing, runny or blocked nose, and itchy or watery eyes, as well as chronic idiopathic urticaria (long-term hives) with itching and skin rash.

Xyzal 5mg Tablet is available without a prescription in Malaysia and is commonly chosen by adults and adolescents who want effective, once-daily allergy relief with a low likelihood of drowsiness. Because it targets the same H1-histamine pathway as cetirizine but at a lower milligram dose due to its refined single-isomer formulation, many users find it an effective option for both seasonal and year-round allergy symptoms.

Levocetirizine is a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist.
