Duolin Respules must only be used exactly as prescribed by a doctor following an online consultation through DoctorOnCall or an in-person assessment, and must be administered using a properly functioning nebulizer device — it is not to be swallowed or injected. Open one respule as directed, empty its full contents into the nebulizer chamber (diluting with saline if instructed by the doctor), and inhale the resulting mist through the mouthpiece or mask over the prescribed period. Do not reuse a partially used respule, and follow the doctor’s instructions on frequency and technique carefully.

The dose and frequency of Duolin Respules must be determined by a doctor based on the severity of the respiratory condition, following a prescription issued after an online consultation via DoctorOnCall or an in-person medical assessment. Patients should not increase the frequency of nebulization beyond what is prescribed, even if symptoms feel severe, and should seek urgent medical attention if breathing difficulty is not relieved or worsens despite treatment.

Duolin Respules should be used within the shelf-life period printed on the foil strip or carton, and discarded after the stated expiry date. Each respule is intended for single use only; any unused solution remaining in an opened respule should be discarded and not stored for later use.

Store Duolin Respules as directed on the packaging, typically at room temperature and protected from light, unless the label specifically instructs refrigeration. Keep respules in their original foil strip until ready for use to protect them from light and moisture, and keep out of the reach and sight of children.

• Known hypersensitivity to ipratropium bromide, levosalbutamol (or salbutamol/atropine-related compounds), or any other ingredient in this product
• Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
• Tachyarrhythmia (abnormally fast, irregular heart rhythm)
• Not to be used without a doctor’s prescription and ongoing medical supervision
• Use with caution in patients with known cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, or diabetes

• Should not generally be combined with other beta-blocker medicines, as they may reduce the bronchodilator effect of Levosalbutamol
• Concurrent use with other sympathomimetic bronchodilators may increase the risk of cardiovascular side effects
• Caution with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or tricyclic antidepressants, which may increase cardiovascular effects
• Diuretics used together with this medicine may increase the risk of low blood potassium (hypokalaemia)
• Inform the prescribing doctor of all other respiratory or heart medicines being used before starting treatment
