Creobic Cream

Creobic Cream ialah krim sapuan pada kulit yang dikategorikan sebagai topical antifungal cream. Formulasinya mengandungi Clotrimazole 1% w/w (as listed for Creobic New Formula in Malaysian wholesale data), manakala kekuatan atau komposisi kuantitatif hendaklah disahkan daripada pembungkusan produk semasa jika nilai tepat tidak dapat disahkan daripada data kelompok. Bentuk dos menentukan cara produk disediakan, disapu atau diambil mengikut arahan pada label. Clotrimazole is an imidazole antifungal that interferes with fungal ergosterol synthesis by inhibiting fungal cytochrome P450-dependent enzymes. Disruption of the fungal cell membrane changes membrane permeability and cellular function. Cara pengendalian juga penting, termasuk teknik penggunaan, ketepatan sukatan, tempoh sentuhan dan keadaan penyimpanan. Simpan pembungkusan asal supaya maklumat kelompok, tarikh luput dan arahan pengilang semasa boleh dirujuk apabila diperlukan.

Wash and dry the area gently before application. Apply a thin film over the affected kulit and a small margin around it, then wash hands after application unless the hands are the treated area. Avoid tight occlusive dressings unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Apply a thin layer to the affected kulit at the kekerapan stated on the current label, commonly two or three times daily depending on the formulation and site. Continue for the full labelled course rather than increasing the amount per application.

Pastikan tiub ditutup rapat and store below the temperature stated on the pack. Protect from excessive heat and keep away from kanak-kanak.

• Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any active or inactive ingredient.

Langkah berjaga-jaga: Untuk kegunaan luaran sahaja unless the specific label produk states otherwise. Avoid the mata and mulut. Stop and seek advice if marked irritation, bengkak or worsening of the treated area occurs, or if the kulit problem is not improving after the labelled treatment period.
