Overview

3TC 150mg Tablet is a prescription-only medicine (POM) presented as a tablet, with Lamivudine 150mg as its active ingredient content.

This page is limited to product, safety and handling information, in line with Malaysian rules on prescription medicine information for the public. Your prescriber or pharmacist is the right source for anything beyond that, together with the leaflet inside the pack.

Through DoctorOnCall, this product is supplied after an online consultation with a licensed doctor and a valid prescription, and it is checked by a registered pharmacist before dispensing. Take it exactly as prescribed, and speak to your doctor before stopping, changing the dose, or starting any other medicine alongside it.

Directions for Use

Take 3TC 150mg Tablet together with your other prescribed antiretroviral medicines at the same times each day, exactly as instructed by your HIV specialist, with or without food. Consistent, on-time dosing is essential to keep the virus suppressed and to prevent the development of drug-resistant HIV.

Dosage

3TC 150mg Tablet is dosed and combined with other antiretroviral medicines according to a regimen individualised by your HIV specialist, based on your treatment history, kidney function, and other health factors. Never change your dose or regimen without your specialist’s guidance.

Storage Instructions

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

  • Other antiretroviral or investigational HIV medicines require review by your HIV specialist before combining
  • Always inform your HIV specialist and pharmacist of every medicine and supplement you are taking
