Uses

The test kit works by detecting specific antigens (proteins) found on the surface of respiratory viruses in samples collected from the throat or nasal cavity. After collecting the sample with a sterile swab, it’s mixed with a solution included in the kit and placed into a test cassette. Within minutes, visual indicators appear that show if one or more respiratory pathogens are present.

1. Wash hands thoroughly before starting.
2. Use the nasal or throat swab provided to collect the sample.
3. Insert swab into the extraction buffer tube and swirl for a few seconds.
4. Add a few drops of the solution into the test device.
5. Wait for the results to appear (typically within 15–20 minutes).
6. Interpret results based on the indicator lines shown in the instructions.
