The Bionime GS550 Test Strips are inserted into a compatible Bionime blood glucose meter. A small blood sample collected using the lancet is placed onto the test strip. The glucose meter analyzes the blood and provides a digital readout of the user’s current blood sugar level — usually within a few seconds. Alcohol swabs help sanitize the area before and after testing.

1. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Use alcohol swab to clean the fingertip and let it dry.
3. Load a lancet into your lancing device.
4. Prick your finger to obtain a drop of blood.
5. Insert a test strip into the Bionime GS550 meter.
6. Place the drop of blood on the strip.
7. Wait for the reading to appear on the display.
8. Properly dispose of used lancets and strips.
