- Avoid coffee, energy drinks and some herbal supplements, as they can add to the effect of caffeine.
- Stop taking it and seek immediate medical attention for numbness, tingling, coldness or paleness in the fingers or toes, chest pain, a fast or irregular heartbeat, severe headache, muscle pain in the legs, or any severe or unexpected reaction.
