Measuring 60 cm by 90 cm, it is sized to sit beneath the hips and lower body of an adult lying in bed. Unfold the underpad fully and place it on the bed, chair or other surface with the soft absorbent side facing up and the waterproof backing facing down. Position it so it sits under the hips and lower back of the user, smooth out any creases, and replace it once it is wet or soiled by rolling it up with the soiled side inwards and disposing of it in the rubbish bin.

Change as needed, as soon as the underpad becomes wet or soiled. For bedridden users, check the pad at each diaper change or every few hours, and use a fresh pad each night. Use one pad at a time in each area unless extra coverage is needed.

• Thick layers of creams, oils or powders on the skin may transfer onto the pad and reduce its absorbency.
• If prescribed skin treatments are used, check with your doctor or pharmacist about suitable bedding and protection.

• Place the pad with the soft side up and the plastic backing down.
• Smooth out creases to reduce pressure on the skin.
• Use together with adult diapers for extra overnight protection.

• Roll used pads inwards and wrap before disposal.
• Never flush underpads down the toilet.
