Boil water and allow it to cool to a comfortably warm temperature before use. Open one sachet and empty the contents into the provided bottle, then add 200mL of the pre-boiled water. Close the bottle and shake it well until the powder has fully dissolved. Lean forward over a basin or sink, tilt the head slightly, and gently squeeze the bottle so the solution flows into one nostril, allowing it to drain out through the same or the opposite nostril. Repeat on the other side using the remaining prepared solution. Rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water after each use and allow it to air-dry before storing.

Flo Sinus is not a medicine that requires a therapeutic dose. As a guide for use, each sachet is intended to be dissolved in 200mL of warm, pre-boiled water using the provided bottle, with up to two prepared rinses per day. Speak to a pharmacist before using it more frequently than this, or before use in young children, as a different mixing ratio or frequency may be advised.

Refer to the expiry date printed on the sachet and the outer carton, and do not use any sachet beyond this date. Once a sachet has been opened and mixed with water, use the prepared solution promptly and discard any that is left over rather than storing it for a later rinse.

Store unopened sachets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Keep the bottle and any unused sachets in their original packaging between uses, and do not store mixed saline solution for reuse.

• Not applicable in the usual medicine-interaction sense, since this is a saline rinse rather than a systemically absorbed drug.

• Always use freshly boiled water that has cooled to a comfortably warm temperature, never hot water straight from the kettle.
• Prepare a fresh sachet mixture for each rinse session rather than storing leftover solution for later use.
• Rinse the bottle with clean water after every use and let it air-dry fully before the next use.
• Lean over a basin or sink and breathe through the mouth while rinsing to reduce the chance of swallowing the solution.
• Keep unopened sachets sealed until just before use to protect the powder from moisture.
• Replace the bottle according to the manufacturer’s guidance if it becomes discoloured, cracked, or difficult to clean thoroughly.

Precautions: This kit is intended for nasal rinsing only and should not be swallowed, applied to the eyes, or used on broken or injured skin. Use a clean bottle and freshly prepared solution each time to reduce the risk of introducing bacteria into the nasal passages. When to See a Doctor or Pharmacist: Speak to a doctor or pharmacist if nasal symptoms persist beyond a week, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, facial pain, or thick discoloured discharge, as these may need separate assessment.
