Micral II works using a simple dipstick that reacts with urine to measure microalbumin concentration. When dipped in a fresh urine sample, the reagent strip changes colour based on the presence of albumin. You compare the colour change to a reference chart provided, making it easy to interpret even without advanced medical training.

1. Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean container.
2. Dip the test strip into the sample for 5 seconds.
3. Remove the strip and shake off excess urine.
4. Wait 1 minute.
5. Compare the strip’s colour to the reference chart inside the box.
