Overview
The Oxygen Concentrator WFR KSW-5 Silent Mode is a medical-grade respiratory device designed to deliver concentrated oxygen to individuals who require supplemental oxygen support, classified under durable medical equipment (DME) used in respiratory therapy. Unlike traditional oxygen tanks, this device works by filtering and concentrating ambient air to produce a continuous flow of purified oxygen, with no consumable active pharmaceutical ingredient — the “active element” here is the molecular oxygen (O₂) it generates at high purity levels. If you’re considering this device, it’s good to know that while oxygen therapy is generally well-tolerated, some users may experience nasal dryness or irritation, mild headaches, skin discomfort around the mask or cannula, and in rare cases, symptoms of oxygen toxicity if used incorrectly. We want you to feel confident and informed before making your decision — this concentrator is built with a silent mode operation, making it a thoughtful choice for home use, and we’re here to help you understand everything you need to know before you bring it home.
Storage Instructions
Store or operate the device in a clean, dry, well-ventilated room away from moisture and humidity
Keep it at least 30 cm away from walls and other furniture to allow proper airflow and prevent overheating
Do not place near open flames, heat sources, or flammable materials — oxygen enriches combustion
Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in rooms with extreme temperature fluctuations
When not in use for extended periods, cover the device with a breathable cloth to prevent dust accumulation on the air intake filter
Store in an environment with a temperature range of 5°C to 40°C and relative humidity below 80% (non-condensing)
Keep the device upright at all times — do not tilt or lay it on its side during storage or transport
Ensure the power cord is safely stored and not coiled tightly around the device to prevent cable damage
