• Shampoo hair as usual and rinse well.
• Squeeze out excess water from the hair.
• Apply an appropriate amount of conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots if your scalp tends to be oily.
• Gently comb through with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb and leave on for 1–2 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water.
