• Shampoo and rinse your hair thoroughly.
• Gently squeeze out excess water from the hair.
• Apply the conditioner generously from the mid-lengths to the ends.
• Leave on for about three minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Use after shampooing, as often as needed or as recommended on the pack; many people use an intensive conditioner two to three times a week, or more often for very dry hair. Use enough to coat the mid-lengths and ends, adjusting the amount for hair length and thickness.
