Directions for Use

Singulair 4mg Tablet should be chewed thoroughly and not swallowed whole, usually given once daily in the evening, with or without food, exactly as prescribed by your child’s doctor. It is intended for regular preventive use and is not suitable for relieving a sudden asthma attack.

Dosage

The usual prescribed dose for children aged 2 to 5 years is one 4mg chewable tablet once daily in the evening. Your doctor will confirm the correct dose based on your child’s age and condition; do not adjust the dose without medical advice, and do not give this strength to children outside the recommended age range without a doctor’s specific instruction.

Storage Instructions

Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture, in the original blister packaging. Keep out of reach of children, even though the tablet is chewable and child-friendly in taste.
