The Triflo Spirometer has three chambers with different lightweight balls. When you inhale through the mouthpiece, the balls rise according to the strength of your breath. Your goal is to raise (and keep up) each ball by breathing deeply and steadily, which trains your lungs to expand more efficiently over time. It’s a visual and interactive way to guide and improve your breathing practice.

1. Sit upright and hold the spirometer at chest level.
2. Place your lips tightly around the mouthpiece.
3. Inhale slowly and deeply through your mouth to raise the balls in the chambers.
4. Try to keep them up as long as possible, then remove the mouthpiece and exhale normally.
5. Repeat 5-10 times per session, multiple times a day if advised by your healthcare provider.
