Uristix Reagent Strips work through a simple chemical reaction. Each strip is coated with reagents that react when dipped into urine. If glucose or protein is present, the strip changes color. • Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean container.
• Dip the reagent end of the strip into the sample for about 1–2 seconds.
