• Take a multivitamin containing vitamins A, D, E, and K at least 2 hours before or after Xenical, since it can reduce absorption of these fat-soluble vitamins.
• Expect some unpredictable oily bowel effects early in treatment, especially after a higher-fat meal; these usually settle as you adjust your diet.
• Attend your follow-up review with your doctor, particularly around the 12-week mark, to assess whether continued treatment is worthwhile.
• Store the capsules below 25°C in their original blister strip, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
