How do I get the RM30 sign-up reward?
When you sign up using a valid referral code, RM30 cash rewards will be credited to your rewards account balance.
What reward do I get on my first purchase?
You will receive RM10 cash rewards when you make your first eligible purchase. The reward will be credited to your rewards account.

5. Cash rewards are NOT APPPLICABLE for testing services, including COVID19 drive thru, in-clinic and home testing services. Cash rewards only applicable for online pharmacy purchases directly on the online pharmacy. Cash rewards not applicable for any purchases made from any other sources or channels including online clinic prescriptions, email channels or other channels other than the online pharmacy. 6. Cash rewards are not applicable for doctor telehealth services via chat, call or video. Cash rewards are not applicable for booking services. No rewards shall be given for services under these category and rewards cannot be used for doctor telehealth services.
7. Rewards redeemed can only be used on the online pharmacy and not redeemable for any other services within the DoctorOnCall platform.
8. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash in any form.
9. Rewards cannot be used with another promotions.
10. Rewards that have been redeemed have a validity of 1 year.
11. Rewards can only be used for one time for one purchase. If the applied rewards is more than the purchase value, the balance shall be considered forfeit.
12. If for any reason, a reward code is used more than once, the organizer reserves the right to reverse the redemption and cancel any orders associated.
13. The organizer reserves the right to ban individuals who partake in fradulent activities and reverse any redemptions or orders related to fraud.
14. Only purchases made after 7th May 2020 will be rewarded.
