Can I book a teleconsultation outside consultation hours?
›Appointments can be booked online at any time. However, consultations will only take place during the available consultation hours and subject to doctor availability.
1. Are Medical Certificates (MCs) issued during online consultations?
›No. MCs are not issued through our online consultations. Our teleconsult service is intended for medical advice, general assessment, and guidance only.
When are teleconsultation services available?
›Teleconsultations with our independent healthcare professionals are available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (MYT).
Are doctors available on public holidays?
›Teleconsultation services are generally available on public holidays, but doctor availability may vary. Available consultation slots will be shown when you book your appointment.
What happens if a product is out of stock after I complete a teleconsultation? Will I be refunded?
›The RM7.99 teleconsultation fee will still be charged, but you will receive a refund for any prescribed items that are out of stock if you have already paid for them.
How soon will a consultation be scheduled after placing my order?
›Your consultation will be scheduled on the same day if your order is placed between 8:00am to 8:00 m. For orders placed after 8:00pm that require a consultation, the consultation will be scheduled for the next day from 8:00am to 8:00pm. You may WhatsApp us with your full name & Order ID at 019 796 9585 to indicate a preferred time for your consultation.
What is the RM7.99 teleconsultation fee for?
›The fee includes the time required by our doctors to evaluate your records, determine whether you are a candidate for treatment, and discuss treatment options with you.
Our doctors are paid according to the number of patients they treat, and all consultation fees are given to our medical staff in exchange for their work.
All of our prescriptions are given based on individual assessment, which is why a teleconsultation with our doctors is necessary to make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.
If I am unsuitable for treatment, can I get a refund for the teleconsultation?

›Medical Certificates (MC) /sick notes are provided with consultation to those with selected corporate partnerships with DoctorOnCall, the decision to allow MCs on our platform for corporate employees falls onto the corporate client itself.
