Shake the bottle gently before use. Remove the cap and, keeping the head upright, insert the nozzle tip into one nostril while gently closing the other nostril with a finger. Press the pump firmly to release one spray while inhaling gently through the nose, then repeat in the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle tip clean with a tissue after use and replace the cap. Avoid tilting the head backwards during or immediately after spraying.

As an intranasal spray, this product is used according to a set number of sprays into each nostril rather than a body-weight-based or oral dose. The manufacturer’s general directions indicate one to two sprays per nostril, repeated two to three times a day, or as directed on the product label or by a pharmacist.

The printed expiry date on the bottle and carton should always be checked before use. No separate in-use shelf-life period beyond the manufacturer’s printed expiry date has been independently confirmed for this product, so it should be discarded by the labelled expiry date regardless of when the bottle was first opened.

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle upright with the cap on when not in use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the spray nozzle is blocked or damaged.

• Common: Mild, transient nasal irritation, a tickling sensation, or sneezing immediately after spraying.
• Common: A temporary sensation of nasal dryness or mild stuffiness.
• Serious: Hypersensitivity reactions, such as facial swelling, rash or breathing difficulty, which require immediate medical attention if they occur.

• Known hypersensitivity to quercetin, any flavonoid derivative, or any other component of the spray.
• Significant nasal trauma, recent nasal surgery, or a perforated nasal septum, unless a doctor has advised its use.
• Use in infants has not been established; use in young children should first be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist.

• No clinically significant drug interactions have been established for intranasal liposomal quercetin at the concentration used in this product.
• Using this spray together with other intranasal products, such as decongestant or corticosteroid nasal sprays, has not been specifically studied; applications should be spaced apart and discussed with a pharmacist.
• No clinically significant food interactions are known for this product.

• Prime a new bottle with a couple of test sprays into the air before the first nasal application.
• Blow your nose gently before spraying so the mist reaches the nasal lining rather than any mucus.
• Keep the nozzle tip clean and free of dried residue between uses.
• Avoid sharing your bottle with other people, for hygiene reasons.
• Store the bottle upright to reduce the risk of leakage from the pump mechanism.
• Note the date you first opened the bottle so you can track it alongside the printed expiry date.
