Deep Heat Pain Relief Plaster provides therapeutic heat and pain relief where it's needed most. The penetrating heat helps to relax tight, uncomfortable, hurting muscles and joints, allowing them to move again.
Replace the pad one to two times per day or as needed.
Ensure that the afflicted region is clean and dry. Cut the pouch open and remove the pad. Trim pad to size if desired. Remove the protective film and place the pad immediately on the affected part.
