It is possible to take Arcoxia 90mg Tablet with or without meals. The dosage is determined by the reason you are taking it and how effectively it alleviates your symptoms. You should follow your doctor's instructions while taking it. It is not advised to take more or to use it for a longer period of time than is recommended. Stomach discomfort, edoema, dizziness, headache, irregular pulse, and elevated blood pressure are some of the most frequent adverse effects of this medication. These are generally not harmful, but if you are concerned, speak with your doctor about methods to reduce or prevent them from occurring. It's important to tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, high blood pressure, or any other health problems with your heart, kidneys, or liver before you start taking this medication. In addition, tell your doctor about all of the other medications you are taking since they may have an effect on or be impacted by this medication. Women who are pregnant or nursing should speak with their doctor before beginning therapy. You should also refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. Heavy sleepiness may result from excessive alcohol consumption.
How To Use Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip)
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
Alcohol Warning(Safe) It is safe to consume alcohol while taking NSAIDs but it is recommended to drink in moderation as too much alcohol may irritate the stomach.
Pregnancy Warning(Not Safe) It is not recommended to use Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) in women trying to conceive. There is limited human data on the effects of Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) in pregnancy however, animal studies have shown that it can cause adverse effects to the fetus. As Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, this may cause uterine inertia and premature closure of ductus arteriosus in the last trimester of pregnancy. The risk for humans remained unknown. It is best to avoid Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) during pregnancy if possible.
Breastfeeding Warning(Limited Data) It is found that Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) is excreted in the milk of lactating animals though it is not known whether it is excreted in human breast milk. Since many drugs are excreted in breast milk and there is a potential risk to the breastfeeding infant, the decision to discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) depends on the importance of Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) to the mother.
Driving Warning(Generally Safe) Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Kidney Warning(Use With Care) Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) is not recommended to be used in patients with severe renal disease however, if there is a need for starting the drug in such patients, it is important to monitor the renal function closely. If the renal perfusion is compromised, the usage of Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) may reduce prostaglandin formation and impair renal function. Therefore, patients with pre-existing impaired renal function, uncompensated heart failure or liver cirrhosis would require monitoring of renal function if they are using this drug.
Liver Warning(Limited Data) If a patient has symptoms or signs suggestive of liver impairment, or abnormal liver function test, the following tests must be evaluated for persistently abnormal liver function. If persistently abnormal liver function tests ( three times the upper limit of normal) are found, Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be discontinued.
May cause dizziness and tiredness. Use this medication with caution when driving or doing activities that requite attention.
Alcohol consumption while on therapy may lead to extreme sleepiness.
Regular blood pressure monitoring may be recommended during treatment on this medication.
Let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcers, heart disease, hypertension, and liver or kidney illness. Your doctor may perform a liver function test regularly while on this treatment.
Arcoxia 90mg Tablet should not be used by women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to conceive.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

The Customer shall examine the Product(s) immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages.
Should the Customer meet the criteria of Clause 1 of the return and/or exchange criteria stated above, the Customer will need to contact our customer service via WhatsApp +60 17-972 2669 within one (1) day of receiving the product. DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging delivered to Customer.
For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentation including manuals and warranty card intact.
Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
