Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before and after using the tablet. Remove tablet from blister just before use and gently insert the tablet into its applicator if it is not already inserted. Lie on your back with knees bent. Gently insert the plastic applicator containing the tablet as deeply and comfortably into the vagina as possible. Gently press down to release the plunger of the applicator until it stops. Remove applicator from vagina. It is recommended that you use this medication at night before you go to bed as a lying position reduces leakage of the product which may occur while sitting or standing. The additional use of a sanitary pad can prevent soiling of your clothing and bedding.
