Alcohol Warning (Not Advisable)

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s. Generally, consuming alcohol will increase triglyceride level and may also damage the liver. Patients with high alcohol intake is at risk of developing rare side effects of myopathy and/or rhabdomyolysis. Please consult your doctor before using it. It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s because it may worsen your hepatic condition. Please consult your doctor for more details.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe - High Risk)

Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor before using it. Both studies in animal and human studies show fetal risk for the mothers who are taking Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s. It is not recommended to be used during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)

The safety of Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s for use during lactation is unknown. Limited human data suggests that 160mg tablets should not be used in nursing mothers. Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s is contraindicated for breastfeeding mothers. Please consult your doctors to see any other alternative drugs available.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)

Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s cause minimal to no side effects which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive. Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)

Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s may be needed. Please consult your doctor before using it. Use of Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. No dose adjustment is needed for patients with mild and moderate kidney insufficiency. However, if the creatinine clearance is less than 30 mL/min, dose adjustment may be needed. Cholib 145/20mg Tablet 30s should not be used in patients with liver disease due to inadequate data.
