- Other paracetamol-containing products (e.g. cold/flu remedies, other pain relievers): do not combine, as this increases the risk of paracetamol overdose and liver damage – always check the ingredients of any other medicine before taking it together with this product
- Other anticholinergic medicines (e.g. some antihistamines, antidepressants): additive dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, and urinary retention
- Alcohol and other sedating medicines: additive drowsiness, and alcohol may also increase the risk of liver toxicity when combined with paracetamol
- Warfarin: high or prolonged paracetamol use may enhance its blood-thinning effect
