Sunward Triconazole Cream

Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly before use, then apply a thin layer of Sunward Triconazole Cream to cover the affected skin and a small margin of the surrounding healthy skin, gently rubbing it in. Wash your hands after application unless the hands are the area being treated. Use the cream consistently at the frequency directed on the packaging or by your pharmacist, and continue for the full recommended duration even if symptoms improve early, to help prevent the infection from returning.

For most adults and children over 2 years old, a thin layer of cream is typically applied to the affected area once or twice daily, generally for 2 to 4 weeks depending on the site and severity of the infection, or as advised on the product label. Athlete’s foot and jock itch often need a shorter course than more stubborn body ringworm. If there is no improvement after 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use, stop and seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

Sunward Triconazole Cream typically remains effective for around 24 to 36 months from the date of manufacture when unopened; always check the expiry date printed on the tube or carton, and discard the product once opened for longer than the period stated on the packaging or if it has expired.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the cap tightly closed after each use to prevent contamination and drying out. Keep this medicine out of the reach and sight of children, and avoid storing it in humid areas such as a bathroom shower cabinet.

• Known hypersensitivity to triconazole or other imidazole antifungal agents
• Use on broken, oozing, or severely infected skin without medical advice
• Application near the eyes or on mucous membranes
• Use as a replacement for oral antifungal treatment in nail or scalp fungal infections without consulting a doctor

• No clinically significant drug interactions are expected with correct topical use, as absorption into the bloodstream is minimal
• Avoid applying other topical products (such as strong steroid creams) to the same area at the same time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist, as this may mask or worsen the underlying infection
• Occlusive dressings or tight clothing over the treated area may increase local irritation

• Keep the affected area clean and dry between applications, as fungi thrive in moist conditions
• Wear loose, breathable clothing and change socks or underwear daily if treating athlete’s foot or jock itch
• Avoid sharing towels, socks, or footwear while an infection is active
• Complete the full recommended course even after symptoms improve to reduce the risk of recurrence
• See a doctor if the infection affects the nails, scalp, or a large body area, as oral treatment may be needed

Sunward Triconazole Cream is intended for external use on the skin only and should not be swallowed or applied inside the mouth, nose, or eyes. Fungal skin infections can be recurrent, especially in warm and humid climates such as Malaysia and Singapore, so good hygiene practices alongside treatment help lower the chance of the infection coming back after the cream course is finished.
