Bye Bye Fever Children ialah lembaran hidrogel penyejuk untuk kanak-kanak yang dikategorikan sebagai non-medicated cooling hydrogel sheet. Formulasinya mengandungi Water-based hydrogel with menthol and cooling ingredients as listed for the product, manakala kekuatan atau komposisi kuantitatif hendaklah disahkan daripada pembungkusan produk semasa jika nilai tepat tidak dapat disahkan daripada data kelompok. Bentuk dos menentukan cara produk disediakan, disapu atau diambil mengikut arahan pada label. Semak pek sebelum digunakan supaya kekuatan, formulasi dan arahan yang betul sepadan dengan produk yang berada di tangan anda.

Formulasi ini mempunyai ciri farmaseutikal atau fizikal yang khusus dan tidak semestinya boleh disamakan dengan produk lain yang mempunyai nama atau kategori umum yang serupa. The water-based gel retains moisture against the kulit and gradually loses heat through evaporation. Menthol adds a cooling sensory effect by activating cold-sensitive receptors in the kulit. The lembaran is designed for local cooling rather than systemic drug delivery. Cara pengendalian juga penting, termasuk teknik penggunaan, ketepatan sukatan, tempoh sentuhan dan keadaan penyimpanan. Simpan pembungkusan asal supaya maklumat kelompok, tarikh luput dan arahan pengilang semasa boleh dirujuk apabila diperlukan.

Peel the protective film away and place the gel surface on clean, dry kulit under adult supervision. Keep the lembaran away from the child’s mata, nose and mulut. Remove gently after the recommended period and discard after use.

Keep unopened sachets sealed and store in a tempat yang sejuk dan kering away from cahaya matahari langsung. Jangan gunakan if the sachet is damaged or the gel has dried out.

• Biasa: Mild local irritation, redness, itching or transient sensitivity may occur, particularly with topical preparations.
• Biasa: Mild transient discomfort at the application site or sensitivity can occur depending on the formulation.
• Serius: Hentikan penggunaan and seek urgent medical attention for facial or throat bengkak, difficulty breathing, widespread blistering ruam, severe dizziness or other signs of a serious allergic reaction.

• Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any active or inactive ingredient.
• Application to broken, infected or severely kulit yang merengsa where the formulation is intended only for intact kulit.

• As a non-medicated external cooling lembaran, clinically meaningful drug interactions are not expected.
• Jangan sapukan additional topical ubats underneath the lembaran unless the produk instructions permit it.
• No food interaction applies because the produk is not intended for oral administration.

• Use the lembaran on clean, dry kulit for the labelled period.
• Do not place the lembaran over the nose or mulut.
• Use a fresh lembaran after removing a used one; do not reuse.
• Supervise kanak-kanak during application and prevent chewing or swallowing.
• Stop if significant redness, burning or bengkak develops.
• Keep unopened sachets sealed until needed.

Langkah berjaga-jaga: Untuk kegunaan luaran sahaja and not a substitute for assessing the cause of a child’s demam. Do not place over the nose or mulut, and supervise young kanak-kanak so the lembaran is not chewed or swallowed. Seek prompt medical care for a very young child with demam, kesukaran bernafas, unusual sleepiness, seizures, persistent vomiting or signs of dehydration.
