Directions for Use

Take Apo-Acetazolamide 250mg Tablet with food to reduce stomach upset, at evenly spaced times if taken more than once daily, exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine, and follow your doctor’s instructions closely regarding the timing and duration of treatment, especially if it is for altitude sickness prevention.

Dosage

The usual dose of Apo-Acetazolamide 250mg Tablet depends on the condition being treated – typically 250mg once to four times daily for glaucoma, or a course started 1-2 days before ascent for altitude sickness prevention. Your doctor will determine the right dose, frequency, and duration for your specific situation.
