The ABP-20F works by automatically inflating the cuff around your upper arm with one press of a button. It then detects the flow of blood through your arteries and measures force as your heart beats and rests. The monitor records these values and displays your systolic and diastolic pressure along with your pulse on the large LCD digital screen.

1. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm (above elbow level).
2. Sit comfortably with your back straight and arm resting on a flat surface.
3. Press the power/start button.
