1. Turn on the thermometer.
2. Select your preferred mode – forehead or ear.
3. For forehead: Hold the device 1–3 cm away from the center of the forehead, then press the scan button.
4. For ear: Gently insert the probe into the ear canal and press the scan button.
5. Read the temperature on the screen.
6. Clean the probe after each use.
