The BM28 operates automatically. Once you place the cuff around your upper arm and press the start button, the device inflates the cuff to measure your blood pressure and pulse. It automatically records and displays the readings on its large screen, making tracking your health simple and efficient.

1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, about 2–3 cm above the elbow.
3. Press the power/start button.
4. Wait while the cuff inflates and then deflates — your results will appear on the screen.
5. Record the reading or let the device store the result automatically.
