Directions for Use
Dicloran 50mg Tablet should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water, preferably with or shortly after food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation. The enteric-coated tablet must not be crushed, chewed, or split, as this destroys the special coating that protects the stomach and allows the medicine to release correctly in the intestine.
Dosage
The usual adult dose is one 50mg tablet taken two to three times a day, up to a maximum of 150mg in 24 hours, or as advised by a pharmacist or doctor. Elderly patients and those with a history of stomach problems may be advised to use a lower dose or a shorter duration of treatment, and the medicine should always be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
Storage Instructions
Store Dicloran 50mg Tablet below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and keep it in its original packaging out of the reach and sight of children.

Relevant Information
Dicloran 50mg Tablet is a Poison List C medicine in Malaysia, dispensed over the counter by a registered pharmacist rather than requiring a doctor’s prescription. Pharmacist counselling helps confirm the medicine is suitable, particularly for people with existing stomach, heart, kidney, or liver conditions, or those on regular medications such as blood thinners or blood pressure treatment.
If joint, muscle, or back pain continues for more than a few days despite treatment, or is accompanied by swelling, fever, or reduced mobility, a doctor should be consulted to assess the underlying cause rather than continuing self-medication indefinitely.

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) allows personal imports of up to three months’ supply of a medicine for your own use or an immediate family member’s, as long as it contains no controlled drugs, psychotropic substances or prohibited items. Keep the product in its original labelled packaging and keep a copy of your prescription or doctor’s letter with it. Quantities above three months’ supply, and medicines containing controlled substances, require prior HSA approval.
Products listed on DoctorOnCall are registered with Malaysia’s Ministry of Health for supply in Malaysia, and each pack carries its MAL registration number.
An order delivered to Singapore arrives as a personal import of a Malaysia-registered product; HSA product registration is not required for personal-use quantities, but it is also not the same as a product registered for sale in Singapore. If you need a locally registered Singapore product, buy it from a pharmacy in Singapore.
DoctorOnCall’s customer care team handles order, delivery and product queries through the contact channels on the site, including WhatsApp and the online help centre.
For deliveries to Singapore, allow more time before chasing an order than you would for a local Malaysian delivery, as the parcel passes through customs clearance and tracking updates can appear later in the journey.
