Overview
Diprocel Ointment is supplied as an ointment, with Betamethasone. It is supplied in a pack size of 100g.
No prescription is required for this product, as it is a non-prescription medicine. This page is limited to product, safety and handling information.
If you would like guidance before buying, you can speak to a doctor or pharmacist through an online consultation on DoctorOnCall. Orders are dispensed by a registered pharmacist and delivered to your address.
Directions for Use
Diprocel Ointment should be applied only as directed by the prescribing doctor, typically as a thin layer to the affected, non-infected skin area once or twice daily, and gently rubbed in until absorbed. Hands should be washed after application unless the hands themselves are being treated, and the ointment should not be applied under occlusive dressings unless specifically instructed by the doctor. It should not be used on skin that appears infected, weeping, or has open sores without first consulting a doctor.
Dosage
The doctor will determine the amount, frequency, and duration of Diprocel Ointment application based on the severity, location, and extent of the inflamed skin area. Treatment is usually kept as short as possible and reviewed regularly, especially if used on sensitive areas such as the face, groin, or armpits, or in children. Patients should not use more ointment or apply it more often than prescribed in an attempt to speed up healing.
Shelf Life
Diprocel Ointment should be used within the shelf life printed on the tube and outer packaging, and the expiry date should always be checked before each use. Do not use the ointment after its expiry date, as its effectiveness cannot be guaranteed.
Storage Instructions
Store Diprocel Ointment below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the tube tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Relevant Information
Diprocel Ointment is intended for non-infected inflammatory skin conditions only; because it does not contain an antibacterial or antifungal ingredient, it is not suitable for skin that is infected or at risk of infection, and a doctor should assess any skin that looks broken, weeping, or crusted before this product is used. Patients should follow up with their doctor if the skin condition does not improve within the expected timeframe, worsens, or if signs of infection, spreading redness, fever, or an allergic reaction develop. Long-term or inappropriate use of potent topical steroids can cause skin thinning and other steroid-related skin changes, so it should never be used beyond what the doctor has prescribed.

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) allows personal imports of up to three months’ supply of a medicine for your own use or an immediate family member’s, as long as it contains no controlled drugs, psychotropic substances or prohibited items. Keep the product in its original labelled packaging and keep a copy of your prescription or doctor’s letter with it. Quantities above three months’ supply, and medicines containing controlled substances, require prior HSA approval.
Products listed on DoctorOnCall are registered with Malaysia’s Ministry of Health for supply in Malaysia, and each pack carries its MAL registration number.
An order delivered to Singapore arrives as a personal import of a Malaysia-registered product; HSA product registration is not required for personal-use quantities, but it is also not the same as a product registered for sale in Singapore. If you need a locally registered Singapore product, buy it from a pharmacy in Singapore.
DoctorOnCall’s customer care team handles order, delivery and product queries through the contact channels on the site, including WhatsApp and the online help centre.
For deliveries to Singapore, allow more time before chasing an order than you would for a local Malaysian delivery, as the parcel passes through customs clearance and tracking updates can appear later in the journey.
