Overview

Enerzair Breezehaler 150/50/160mcg Inhalation Powder Hard Capsules is a prescription-only medicine (POM) that contains Indacaterol 150mcg, Glycopyrronium 50mcg and Mometasone furoate 160mcg. It is supplied as a capsule and is dispensed in Malaysia only against a valid prescription issued by a registered doctor.

Under Malaysian rules for prescription medicines, this page carries product, safety and handling information only. Your doctor or pharmacist will explain whether this medicine is suitable for you, the dose you should take, and how long you should take it.

On DoctorOnCall, Enerzair Breezehaler 150/50/160mcg Inhalation Powder Hard Capsules is reviewed by a licensed doctor through an online consultation and dispensed by a registered pharmacist before delivery. Always follow the instructions on your prescription label and the package insert supplied with the product, and do not share this medicine with anyone else.

Directions for Use

This medicine is for inhalation only – the hard capsules must never be swallowed. Each capsule is placed into the Breezhaler device provided, pierced by pressing the side buttons once, and the powder inside is inhaled deeply through the mouthpiece, usually with two separate breaths to ensure the full dose is taken. This is not a reliever/rescue inhaler and will not relieve a sudden asthma attack – always keep a separate fast-acting reliever inhaler for sudden symptoms, as advised by your doctor. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush and hoarseness.

Dosage

The usual dose of Enerzair Breezehaler 150/50/160mcg Inhalation Powder Hard Capsules is the contents of one capsule inhaled once daily, at the same time each day, using the Breezhaler device provided. Your doctor will determine whether this is the appropriate strength for you and will review your asthma control regularly.
