HOE Ellgy H2O Cleansing Bar

HOE Ellgy H2O Cleansing Bar is a soap-free cleansing bar from the Ellgy H2O range, manufactured by HOE Pharmaceuticals Sdn Bhd. It is formulated with sodium cocoyl isethionate, a mild syndet (synthetic detergent) cleansing agent, together with glycerin and stearic acid, in a fragrance-free and colourant-free base. It is sold in Malaysia as an over-the-counter (OTC) cosmetic cleansing product.

Unlike a traditional soap bar, a syndet bar such as this one is formulated to be closer to the skin’s natural pH, which is why it is positioned within the Ellgy H2O range alongside other products intended for dry or delicate skin, such as the Ellgy H2O ARR Lotion. It is supplied as a solid 100g bar rather than a liquid wash.
