HOE Ellgy H2O Cleansing Bar

HOE Ellgy H2O Cleansing Bar is a soap-free cleansing bar from the Ellgy H2O range, manufactured by HOE Pharmaceuticals Sdn Bhd. It is formulated with sodium cocoyl isethionate, a mild syndet (synthetic detergent) cleansing agent, together with glycerin and stearic acid, in a fragrance-free and colourant-free base.
