Directions for Use

Take one tablet daily at approximately the same time each day, following the direction of the arrows on the blister strip, generally starting on day 1 of your menstrual cycle as directed by your doctor. St John’s Wort (a herbal supplement) may reduce contraceptive effectiveness.
Severe vomiting or diarrhoea can reduce absorption of the tablet, potentially reducing contraceptive protection; follow the missed-pill advice in these situations.
