How it Works

The Omron Fit Cuff is connected to a compatible Omron blood pressure monitor. When the device is turned on, the cuff inflates around the upper arm to gently measure the blood flow. The monitor then calculates the user’s blood pressure based on oscillometric technology. This ensures accurate readings that can be tracked over time.

Directions for Use

Wrap the cuff around your upper left or right arm, about 1–2 cm above your elbow.
Ensure the tube runs down the center of your arm and is aligned correctly.
Fasten the cuff snugly using the Velcro strip.
Connect the cuff to your Omron monitor device.
Sit comfortably and press start on the monitor to begin measurement.
