The Omron Soft Cuff (RML) inflates automatically once connected to a compatible Omron blood pressure monitor. It gently wraps around the upper arm and tightens during inflation to detect and measure the pressure in your arteries. The monitor then displays your blood pressure reading clearly, providing quick and reliable results.

1. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm at heart level—over bare skin or thin clothing.
2. Ensure the tubing points downward and lines up with the artery mark.
3. Connect the cuff tube to the monitor port.
4. Sit in a relaxed position, rest your arm, and start the measurement via the monitor.
5. Wait for the result to display—repeat if needed following the monitor’s instructions.
