1. Unwrap the cuff and slip your arm through it.
2. Position the cuff about 1-2 cm above your elbow joint.

4. Tighten the cuff until snug but not too tight.
5. Connect the hose to your Omron blood pressure monitor.
6. Sit still and press start on your device to begin measurement.
