Stada Cezti 10mg Tablet contains cetirizine hydrochloride 10mg, a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine produced under the Stada brand. It works by blocking histamine, the chemical the body releases during an allergic reaction, and is commonly used to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy and watery eyes, and skin itching or hives caused by allergic conditions like hay fever (allergic rhinitis), allergic conjunctivitis, and chronic urticaria.

Stada Cezti is available without a prescription in Malaysia and is suitable for adults and children above the recommended age on the label who need fast, once-daily relief from allergy symptoms. Unlike older first-generation antihistamines, cetirizine at the standard 10mg dose is far less likely to cause significant drowsiness, making it a popular first-line choice for daytime allergy control.

Cetirizine is a selective H1-receptor antagonist. It blocks histamine from binding to H1 receptors in blood vessels and nerve endings, which prevents or reduces the swelling, itching, redness, and mucus production that histamine would otherwise trigger during an allergic response, providing relief from allergy symptoms within about an hour of dosing.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, with or without food, usually once a day. Take it at around the same time each day for consistent symptom control. Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the tablets in their original blister packaging until ready to use, and keep out of reach and sight of children.
