Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet 10s (strip) is excreted in the breast milk, along with its active metabolite oxipurinol. However, no data shows any effect of Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet 10s (strip) and oxipurinol in the breast milk on the baby. Ultimately, it is not recommended as of now.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet 10s (strip) may cause side effects such as sleepiness, vertigo or loss of balance, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease, especially if used with diuretics. Dose adjustment of Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet 10s (strip) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

You may experience some unwanted reactions when you start taking Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet the first time.
Regular liver function tests will be done before and while on treatment with Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet .
Notify your doctor if you experience yellowing of the eyes or skin, black urine, or stomach discomfort,
Do not drink alcohol while on Apo-Allopurinol 100mg Tablet as it may affect your condition.
